That is all for now.  I’ll be back.  I’m hoping my workout helps me focus my thoughts.  I’m feeling scattered and I’m  not a big fan of scattered.  I do know that I’ve gained a couple pounds back–not nursing anymore, regaining my cycle and it’s fabulous buffet of hormones and just plain emotional eating. 

I’m getting back on track and will hopefully be updating this afternoon.  I’m calling myself out, here!
