A stomach bug. Lucky me, LOL! Without going into graphic detail, I spent a bunch of quality time on the can. And as a result, I got down to 196lbs. I guess that’s what dehydration will do to a person! I’m better now and am rehydrated. I’m at 198, which is GREAT! Maybe I’m over the 200lb Wall for good.
The stomach bug made me cancel a training session. I have one tomorrow and I am ready! I just hope that I can keep up to the level I attained last week. I noticed today it was a little TOO easy to break a sweat.
