I’ve got a wonderful life.  I am so in love with my husband, even after 10 years together.  I’ve got 2 beautiful, healthy kids.  But here are some weight-loss related thanksgiving:

  1. I’m not going to be on high blood pressure pills, cholesterol meds or insulin.  Ever–well, unless I’m really old or something.  But definitely not in my 30’s.
  2. I am getting my health in order BEFORE I needed any of that stuff mentioned above.
  3. I am thankful that when I make bad choices, I recognize them and get a rectify them.
  4. I am thankful that every day is a new day.
  5. I am thankful that there are a few people who read my blog.  It’s really cool to have someone rooting for me–even if I don’t really know them.
  6. I am thankful that we had the money to invest in personal training.  I’m planning a post that’s more in depth about my training.
