I’ve got a wonderful life. I am so in love with my husband, even after 10 years together. I’ve got 2 beautiful, healthy kids. But here are some weight-loss related thanksgiving:
- I’m not going to be on high blood pressure pills, cholesterol meds or insulin. Ever–well, unless I’m really old or something. But definitely not in my 30’s.
- I am getting my health in order BEFORE I needed any of that stuff mentioned above.
- I am thankful that when I make bad choices, I recognize them and get a rectify them.
- I am thankful that every day is a new day.
- I am thankful that there are a few people who read my blog. It’s really cool to have someone rooting for me–even if I don’t really know them.
- I am thankful that we had the money to invest in personal training. I’m planning a post that’s more in depth about my training.

I’m thankful that you were my first friend when I moved here, and despite my horrible Chicago accent, you took me to Sonic to get Route 44s and drove me around the back roads of Woodbury blasting Billy Joel all those times, back when we were so, so young.
And I’m thankful that even though we don’t hang out NEARLY enough, you’re still my friend. 🙂
