Yeah, I don’t think that’s an actual word, but it says what I need it to say.

Hi, I’m Brianne and I’m an emotional eater.  If only saying it out loud fixed the problem.  I’ve been on a bit of a confidence high since I feel like I’m doing well in my weight-loss journey. My ego took a hit yesterday and I’ve been munching WAY too much since then.  WHY (fists shaking towards the heavens)?

Does emotional eating ever really go away?  I know there are books about it. I’ve only begun to research them, though.

What am I supposed to replace the food with?
