Part of changing my health is going to be changing the way I celebrate.  It’s ALWAYS been with food–gloriously fattening, unhealthy food.  I’m trying to hard to change my relationship with eating, so how am I supposed to celebrate my first 10lb loss?

Nose Piercing

Get my hair professionally colored (have NEVER done this!)

Tattoo (i think I’ll save this one for after I’ve reached my goal.)
